Old Fire Hall

The Old Fire Hall is one of Whitehorse’s most unique and iconic heritage buildings. Located in the heart of downtown, the Old Fire Hall has become a cultural and community hub, hosting numerous events annually, providing artists, artisans, and audiences, a versatile and supportive space to create, exhibit, and present.

As a multi-purpose venue, the Old Fire Hall regularly hosts meetings, staff/board retreats, talks, film screenings, professional development workshops and seminars. It is also in high demand for craft fairs, concerts, and receptions. Recently, the Old Fire Hall has become an important venue hosting Yukon Arts Centre programming, including the Chu Niikwän Artist Residency and @YAC Performing Arts Residency.
