The Yukon Arts Centre Theatre is a proscenium stage with raked audience chamber & balcony. Our capacity is 428 seats, including space for 10 wheelchairs.
We have had all kinds of different acts on stage, from touring dance companies to single acoustic guitar performers, with virtually everything conceivable in between. TV shoots, audio recording for CD, rehearsals, and performance festivals all take place here. Theatre seating plan

The Studio Theatre can be used as a rehearsal studio or as an intimate small presentation venue with a seating capacity of 40.
The Green Room offers performers a comfortable lounge area with full kitchen facility. It is also ideally suited as a bright, quiet meeting space for small work groups.
The foyer provides a large and bright meeting space for groups of up to 250, with one of the nicest views in town.

The staff and volunteers at the Yukon Arts Centre are dedicated to assisting facility users to put on successful events. They are also dedicated to providing excellent service to all Yukon Arts Centre renters and audiences.
Most events at the Yukon Arts Centre are held in the high season period of mid-September to mid-April. Many groups are now booking a year in advance, while others are planning dates 2 years in advance. As the only facility of its kind in the North, the Yukon Arts Centre is in great demand.
