Featuring NYC pianist Miki Yamanaka from Japan, twice nominated “best jazz clarinetist” in the National Jazz Awards, composer/performer James Danderfer has been performing and recording with some of the finest jazz musicians in North America. James’ film score work includes “best Canadian short film” winner “Bedbugs: A Musical Love Story” as well as the animated feature film “The Pixies.” An active educator James teaches at the VSO School of Music, Capilano University and Vancouver Community College.
