This exhibit showcases the six finalists from the Yukon Prize for Visual Arts. The finalists are Amy Ball, Ken Anderson, Krystle Silverfox, Sho Sho “Belelige” Esquiro, Joseph Tisiga and Veronica Verkley. The Yukon Prize is a privately-funded initiative by David Trick and Julie Jai.

The Prize has been created to bring the exceptional work of the Yukon’s vibrant visual arts community to a wider audience across Canada and internationally, and encourage Yukon artists, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, to reach their full artistic potential.

It is on display at the Yukon Arts Centre Gallery until November 20, 2021. The Gallery is open Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm.

For full bios of each artist go to yukonprize.ca.
