Host Claire Ness
Claire Ness grew up in Whitehorse, then studied Comedy Writing and Performance at Humber College in Toronto and Circus Training at École Nationale de Cirque in Montréal.
Claire is a prolific songwriter in a variety of genres: blues, country, folk, jazz, children’s, musical theatre, francophone, and comedy. Her catchy tunes contain vivid imagery, elaborate metaphor, historical allusions, and intricate storytelling.
Claire is a recipient of the the Yukon 125 medal, an award given to 125 Yukoners who embody the values of leadership and reconciliation and who contributed significantly to the wellbeing of the territory.
Claire is the Founding Artistic Director of the Yukon Circus Society and for the past 15 years has been focused on bringing circus workshops and performances to Yukon communities. For more information on the Yukon Circus Society, check out their website.

1. Scarlet Delirium – Human Nature
Scarlet Delirium is a Kwakiutl (also known as Kwakwaka’wakw) and Irish/Scottish burlesque performer and costume designer based in Port Coquitlam, BC. She is known for her work with various burlesque groups in Vancouver, including Screaming Chicken Theatrical Society, The VanDolls, and Virago Nation, a collective of all-Indigenous burlesque performers. Scarlet has been performing since 2010 and has graced the stage at the Vancouver International Burlesque Festival. She is also a sought-after duo partner and host and is recognized for her captivating stage presence and “jaw-dropping” costume reveals. Beyond performing, Scarlet designs costumes for herself and her fellow burlesque performers.

2. Tessa Lation- Queen of Bingo
Tessa Lation is a Tlingit Burlesque Performer with a lot of humour! Core member of Babes in the Bush Burlesque, she is selling this act like this:

3. Chérie Coquette – Incantation
The name itself is a term of endearment in French, meaning “darling,” setting the tone for an intimate connection with her audience. Hailing from the vibrant city of Montreal, Chérie has found her true calling in the rugged wilderness of the Yukon, deep in Canada’s north. A trained contemporary dancer, she’s become a standout figure in Whitehorse’s growing burlesque scene. Known for her magnetic presence and playful charm, Chérie Coquette is a northern delight you won’t want to miss!

4. Miss Wicked Wick – Thighs of a Panther
Miss Wicked Wicks is a sorceress of flame and seduction from the Golden Heart City who weaves fire dancing and flow arts into her burlesque acts to create mesmerizing performances. She blends playful charm with smoldering sensuality that grabs your attention in more than one way. Whether with LED hula hoops or silk fans, Miss Wicked Wicks is sure to set your hearts and the stage ablaze. Though no live fire will grace the stage this time, she’ll prove she’s hot even without a flame!
5. Zella Bones – Chinese Hairpin and the Fantasy
International Musical demoness/ Autist whose violin-ce and chairgasm influenced London’s queer cabaret scene and travelled across Canada. In 2019, they have debuted as a burlesque performer/composer with Geekenders and Strange Seduction. They began their solo with Vancouver Burlesque Co in 2021 and pursued further into UK’s erotic art world, including Toronto’s Disability Collective, and Victoria’s Strange Hour at the Theatre SKAM in 2025. They are not afraid of causing chaos with Asian sensuality, Femme disability and queerness.

6. Twinkletoe – Call Me Mummy
Based in Whitehorse, Emma is a circus artist specializing in static trapeze and aerial silks. She has recently entered the world of burlesque, with a particular interest in exploring it’s intersection with circus. With a performance style rooted in the playful and the absurd, she blends physicality with humor, and theatrical storytelling.

7. Bettie Bombshell – Skin off and dance
Bettie Bombshell is an Australian burlesque performer known for her accolades in the burlesque world and her unique style. She is a Guinness World Record holder, a burlesque hall of fame veteran, and was voted #1 burlesque figure in Australia & 11th worldwide. She has won the national title of Miss Burlesque Australia.

Ula La (she/her), the *Swedish Mime from Ohio* is a performing artist and local silly goose who anchors her work in the guidance of radical feminist Toni Cade Bambara, who said, “The role of the artist is to make the revolution irresistible.” Ula is dedicated to exploring our ideas of intimacy and pleasure through art, with an acknowledgement that *pleasure* under current systems IS activism, and joy IS a revolutionary practice.

10. AJ- Alien Landing
AJ picked up a hula hoop more than a decade ago and it was love at first spin; their lifelong passion for the stage had found its home in circus. In their years of touring the Maritimes, AJ tricked more than one rube as a human statue, poured champagne while hanging upside down from a trapeze and made audiences dizzy with handfuls of hoops! They relocated to the Yukon in 2022, where they are expanding their horizons into burlesque and drag. Don’t miss their mind-boggling tricks and charismatic smile!

A prairie girl who relocated to the West Coast, Halena Lou wants to seduce you into feeling all of your feelings. As a powerful dancer, sensual performer, and captivating storyteller, Halena combines her soft heart and bold art to leave an impact on every part of you. Since 2021, Halena has pulled on the heartstrings of audiences in Los Angeles, Panama, Montreal, Toronto, Portland, Halifax, and more, as well as across her home province of BC. She also produces burlesque and dance shows, profiling both the silly and the sultry, in Vancouver. Halena believes that this IS a revolution, and she IS going to dance.
