The Hamilton-based band Whitehorse will be joined by drummer John Steven Obercian for their special Christmas performance, Whitehorse Winter Classic.
The folk-rock band formed in 2010 by husband-and-wife duo Melissa McClelland and Luke Doucet, who were both established solo artists in their own right before forming the partnership. The band is known for its guitar-heavy sound, rich vocal harmonies, and genre-bending musical style that blends folk, Americana, blues, and pop noir. Whitehorse is a Juno Award-winning act, recognized for their prolific output and innovative live performances.
