The Yukon Arts Centre is thrilled to present The Hobbit, based on the beloved novel by J.R.R. Tolkien and adapted for the stage by Kim Selody. Join Bilbo Baggins as he leaves the comfort of home for an unforgettable journey across Middle-earth alongside a band of determined dwarves and the wizard Gandalf. Along the way, Bilbo encounters trolls, goblins, elves, giant spiders, riddles, dragons, and discovers that true courage can be found in the most unlikely of heroes. Filled with imaginative storytelling, puppetry, music, and theatrical magic, this family-friendly adventure celebrates friendship, bravery, and the power of stepping into the unknown.
Running Time: Approximately 2 hours, including one 20-minute intermission.
