The Yukon Arts Centre has a zero tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, or violence in the workplace, whereby any person found to have committed an act of harassment will face disciplinary and corrective action, up to and including:
- dismissal from employment (employees)
- withdrawal of appointment (Board members)
- services/privileges and lodging may be removed immediately (volunteers, partners, contractors (including artists), renters)
- prohibiting persons from entering any Arts Centre premises (visitors)
