Hey Yukon Kids! Grab an adult and come to the Yukon Arts Centre to explore your own personal Kreativity! You don't need to be a famous artist to join the fun! You might even think you don’t like art, or maybe you like art but you think you're no good at it. Well, you won't know until you jump in and try. Kids Kreate takes place one Sunday every month from 1-4pm in the Yukon Arts Centre Lobby. You'll get the chance to work with local artists and crafts people on a bunch of different kreative projects, each one tailored to reflect the materials and methods featured in the current exhibitions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- This is a FREE event! (Thank You ATCO Electric Yukon for your generous support)
- Time: 1:00-4:00 pm in the Yukon Arts Centre Lobby (see upcoming dates below)
- No need to register beforehand
- If you are 4-11, you’ll be in good company
- You must bring an adult who can hang with you from start to finish
- Things get MESSY so wear your arts & crafts clothes
