Great opportunities for Yukon artists

The Yukon Arts Centre is now offering two incredible opportunities for Yukon artists.

The @YAC Residency is a commitment to the ongoing development of performing arts in the Yukon. It is available to all Yukon-based artists in the performing arts industry who need professional-grade facilities to help develop their artistic endeavours.

Past residents have profited both in the development of their artistic projects and in their own personal and professional development as members of the Yukon performing arts community.

Secondly, Art House Carcross, located in a beautiful facility next to the Carcross Commons, is a great opportunity for Yukon visual artists to showcase their artistic vision with visitors who come to historic and picturesque Carcross by the hundreds on a daily basis.

The Yukon Arts Centre founded this program in partnership with the Southern Lakes Artists Collective, Carcross/Tagish First Nation, and Carcross/Tagish Management Corp., to create this remarkable visual art showcase to promote Yukon art in the Carcross Commons.
