Enjoy a walk through an outdoor art exhibit & transform your experience into poems with Yukon poet kjmunro.

Learn about short form poetry at the Yukon Arts Centre's sculpture garden from 7:00-8:00 pm, Thursday, July 16, and find words to express the things you notice around you.

Time permitting, participants will have the opportunity to read their poems in the garden.

This one hour, outdoor, physically distanced workshop will be followed up with a zoom meeting to discuss the poems created and to workshop them further.

Please bring pen and paper!

kjmunro cultivates poetry in the incomparable Yukon. Her debut poetry collection is contractions (Red Moon Press, 2019). Find her at kjmunro1560.wordpress.com
