Hula Hoop Classes

May 29-31 | 5:30pm

Emmalee Agnew is a passionate and energetic hula hoop dance instructor for beginners. She has been hooping for 6 years, she teaches adults at the Canada Games Centre and students through the Artist in the School Program.

Her hula hoop classes are designed for all levels of hoop dancers. Starting with the basics of hoop rotation and body movement to exploring technical moves with music and rhythm. On and off the body tricks will encourage freedom and play. A sense of flow and sequencing will be introduced with hoop transitions so you never have to stop hooping. Hula hoop dancing is a full body workout and an expressive form of dance. Come give it a whirl!
