Saman Suleman's exhibition Expressions, is currently up in the ATCO Electric Youth Gallery at the Yukon Arts Centre. Her opening is on Monday the 17th of October at 5:00pm, come check it out and support this talented emerging artist!

Local Suzuki violin instructor Katie Avery will be joined by pianists Joyce Klassen and Roslyn Wilson to play  some of Katie's favourite works from when she was a teenager and studying at university.

Gallery Recital Series

Local guitarists Danette Readman and Nicholas Mah will perform some beautiful solo and duo arrangements for classical guitar, as the Readman/Mah Guitar Duo. 

Duo Belmah, comprised of Nicholas Mah, guitar and Olivier de Colombel, saxophones will perform an additional set of music in this inspirational setting.

This Gallery Recital Series is presented by Whitehorse Concerts.

The Yukon Arts Centre Public Art Gallery is open year round and hosts ten to fourteen exhibitions a year, often two or three running concurrently. We are committed to excellence in the visual arts and to bringing innovative exhibitions that explore the rich diversity of contemporary art from local, regional, national and international perspectives. We show the works of professional Yukon artists, while bringing exhibitions of national importance to the Yukon. Everyone is welcome to attend opening night receptions. Artists are often in attendance.
